A company is looking for a CRM Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, update, and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce to support sales and revenue operations
  • Maintain and monitor Salesforce data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness; perform regular audits and cleanup
  • Support end-users by troubleshooting issues and enhancing CRM usage and adoption
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience working with Salesforce CRM in an analyst role
  • Strong Excel/Salesforce reports and dashboards skillset
  • Experience with CRM best practices and sales processes
  • CRMA certification
