Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce to support sales and revenue operations
- Maintain and monitor Salesforce data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness; perform regular audits and cleanup
- Support end-users by troubleshooting issues and enhancing CRM usage and adoption
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 5 years of experience working with Salesforce CRM in an analyst role
- Strong Excel/Salesforce reports and dashboards skillset
- Experience with CRM best practices and sales processes
- CRMA certification
