A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy Specialist 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute audit concepts while training team members on audit projects
• Conduct audits on client data to identify recoverable claims and ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with engineering to enhance audit tools and reporting efficiency

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or 4-6 years of related healthcare experience
• 3-4 years of experience within the organization is recommended for internal candidates
• Healthcare industry knowledge, including claim adjustments and reimbursement policies, is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with SQL experience strongly preferred
• Strong interest in working with large data sets and various databases
