A company is looking for a CRM Manager to execute and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute CRM strategies to drive retention, reactivation, LTV, and engagement
- Own end-to-end campaign development, including strategy, segmentation, and reporting
- Manage the CRM tech stack, ensuring campaign compliance and improving workflows
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing in a high-growth DTC or subscription-based environment
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms, particularly Iterable
- Detail-oriented project manager with a strong bias for execution
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
- Passion for user experience and creating impactful customer touchpoints
