Key Responsibilities
- Build and QA lifecycle campaigns in Braze (email, push, in-app messages)
- Set up triggers, segment audiences, and manage multivariate tests
- Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and propose optimizations
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Braze, building campaigns across various channels
- Comfortable troubleshooting edge cases and conducting thorough QA
- Understanding of lifecycle marketing best practices and scalable campaign processes
- Availability to work 20-30 hours per week, starting ASAP
- Test-and-learn mindset with strong attention to detail
