Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Previous business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and documentation
- Experience with QA testing and CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- Familiarity with insurance terminology and concepts
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
