  • Act as a primary support resource for CRM operations, ensuring data quality and user training
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Previous business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and documentation
  • Experience with QA testing and CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
  • Familiarity with insurance terminology and concepts
  • Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
