Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored CRO strategies for multiple client accounts
- Analyze e-commerce website performance to identify optimization opportunities
- Manage internal teams and collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to implement strategies
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in CRO, UX optimization, and e-commerce analytics
- Strong understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Optimizely
- Experience running A/B testing programs and working with testing tools
- Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and design tools is a plus
