A company is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the setup and configuration of A/B, multivariate, and personalization campaigns
- Draft strategic test requirements and specifications for design and development teams
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of CRO campaigns to identify optimization opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in executing end-to-end Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) programs
- Deep understanding of A/B testing and personalization methodologies and platforms
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting and minor adjustments
- Familiarity with website analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Proficient in using design tools like Figma to create basic mockups and wireframes
