Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement strategic and innovative giving campaigns and plans
• Develop and execute multi-channel annual giving solicitations and manage appeals
• Coordinate legal review of gift agreements and supervise the Gifts Development Senior Coordinator

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3+) years of related work experience in donor cultivation and solicitation
• Experience working with major donors and cultivating donor relationships
• Familiarity with fundraising office administration best practices and data management
• Experience with online giving platforms and bulk email software
• Experience with startup and scaling of gifts development preferred
