A company is looking for a MarTech Lifecycle Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement definition and project documentation for customer engagement and automation strategies
- Utilize customer engagement platforms to build automations, campaigns, and audience journeys
- Monitor KPIs and develop plans to achieve targets while providing insights to business partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in CRM/Lifecycle Marketing or a similar role, preferably in B2C
- Experience with building Email, SMS, and In-Browser messages in platforms like Braze
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and real-time data for triggering automations
- Experience in HTML/CSS coding for email templates and campaigns
