Job Description

The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing department with administrative tasks, campaign coordination, and branding efforts. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies and ensure brand consistency across channels (excluding social media).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, brochures, and promotional materials

• Support the coordination of internal marketing activities and events

• Conduct market research and analyze customer trends to identify marketing opportunities

• Manage and update marketing databases and internal documents

• Collaborate with the sales team to align campaign efforts with business goals

• Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for management

• Maintain inventory of marketing materials and ensure timely replenishment

• Coordinate print and promotional item orders with vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• 1+ year of experience in a marketing support role preferred

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with CRM tools and data entry

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
