Job Summary
A company is looking for a CRM Acquisition Manager to lead the development and execution of CRM and email marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute integrated CRM strategies to enhance acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Lead campaign planning, execution, and optimization while guiding the Acquisition Campaign Specialist
- Monitor campaign performance, deliver reports, and maintain data accuracy across reporting tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital campaign management
- Proven track record in developing and scaling CRM acquisition strategies
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and email marketing tools
- Experience managing a team or direct report is preferred
