A company is looking for a Customer Advocate I to support Transportation Providers with exceptional customer service and trip coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Transportation Providers with inquiries, schedules, and trip modifications or cancellations
- Document complaints, incidents, and provider concerns according to procedures
- Support documentation of trip corrections, cancellations, and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Zero (0) plus years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively and quickly learn new technology and processes
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high call volumes with professionalism
