A company is looking for a Health Information Management Representative - National Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Review electronic chart documentation and process release of information requests
- Scan, edit, and manage medical records while promoting health information accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work full-time and complete training during specified hours
