Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to assist customers with claim status and policy inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handles inbound calls to provide customer service to policyholders and partners
  • Resolves inquiries and provides information on claims and policies
  • Maintains productivity and quality standards while managing multiple tasks
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant Associate's Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of call center or equivalent customer service experience required
  • Ability to work any shift during operational hours, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday
  • Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry preferred
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
