Key Responsibilities
- Handles inbound calls to provide customer service to policyholders and partners
- Resolves inquiries and provides information on claims and policies
- Maintains productivity and quality standards while managing multiple tasks
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant Associate's Degree preferred
- 1-3 years of call center or equivalent customer service experience required
- Ability to work any shift during operational hours, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday
- Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry preferred
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
