Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Management to ensure Customer Service is included in product planning
- Assist with escalations and oversee department readiness for product releases
- Create training content and participate in special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- Typically 6 or more years of related experience
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
- Advanced knowledge of HSPS Dental Software(s) or equivalent
- Basic understanding of industry practices
- Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to supported software
