- Ensure a seamless customer experience across multiple communication channels
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in billing and math to understand invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
- Technical proficiency with CRM systems and payment processing tools
- Willingness to work from 10 am to 6 pm or 11 am to 7 pm EST, Monday to Friday
- Adaptability to navigate billing systems and troubleshoot issues effectively
