A company is looking for a Customer Engineer - East Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own technical relationships with customers to gain trust and advocate for their needs
- Develop strategies for improving customer technical enablement and onboarding
- Monitor customer health and track progress against strategies and priorities
Required Qualifications
- 8-15 years of relevant experience in core engineering, site reliability engineering, and customer success
- Expertise in Kubernetes and Linux troubleshooting and administration
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, virtualization, networking, and data protection
- Hands-on experience with on-prem and cloud-based deployment and configuration
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Chef
