Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Engineer (Teams).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical solutions and support for Microsoft Teams and similar platforms
- Collaborate with customers to address their needs in systems architecture and operations
- Implement and manage Unified Communications infrastructure, including Teams Enterprise Voice and telephony systems
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer-facing roles related to systems architecture or IT consulting
- BA/BS in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
- Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Teams architecture and administration
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services and PowerShell scripting
- Strong background in Unified Communications technologies
