Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Engineer II, Data Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify business opportunities and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers related to the data lifecycle
- Support technical relationships with customers through technology advocacy, product briefings, and proof-of-concept work
- Conduct technical discovery and architect client solutions based on business and technical requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role
- Experience with "Big Data" technologies, including data processing and analytics
- Experience engaging with technical stakeholders and executive leaders
- Ability to understand customer requirements and design technical architectures
