Key Responsibilities
- Provide a positive first point of contact for customers experiencing issues
- Utilize ticketing and proprietary software systems to manage customer requests
- Dispatch maintenance issues and support fueling locations in alignment with protocols
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role preferred
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday from 7-3 pm CST
- Standard software troubleshooting capabilities
