Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers via phone, email, SMS, or live chat
- Achieve expertise in the product suite to efficiently advise customers on usage and best practices
- Document and share end-user suggestions and issues to aid in product development
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service or related position
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends during hunting seasons
- Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in multitasking
- Motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for the outdoors
- Permanent US work authorization is required
