Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Insights Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an up-to-date perspective through external research on customer sentiment and behavior
- Provide thought leadership and strategic consulting on design principles and best practices
- Oversee the Voice of Customer (VoC) ecosystem and develop a long-term VoC strategy
Required Qualifications
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 10 or more years of experience in a relevant field (Preferred)
- Supervisory responsibilities included
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Strong project management skills required
