Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Content Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Customer Marketing publishing process for customer assets, including pipeline planning and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate with the Creative team for submission, scheduling, approvals, and quality assurance of customer assets
- Oversee the publication of customer content across Content Management Systems and maintain documentation of metadata
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in content coordination and creative operations
- 3-5 years of experience on a customer-facing team or in customer marketing
- Experience with Contentful or Webflow and customer reference/testimonial tools
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS and sales enablement materials
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello
