Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to provide exceptional support to customers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely support through various channels, including chat, email, and phone, while collaborating with internal teams
  • Maintain and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the customer Knowledge Base to improve service efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of technology customer support experience
  • Experience in technology or automotive industries preferred
  • Proficient in computer software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic knowledge of automobile terminology and sales documentation is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
