A company is looking for a Customer Operations & Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Master the product and resolve customer inquiries through various communication channels
  • Triage and troubleshoot account management and technical support issues
  • Create and update knowledge base articles and deliver training for new customers
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant customer-facing experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Ability to work from 8am-5pm Pacific Time
  • Strong time management skills and experience working on a remote team
  • Owner mentality and creative problem-solving skills
  • Desire to learn and grow in a dynamic startup environment
