Key Responsibilities
- Master the product and resolve customer inquiries through various communication channels
- Triage and troubleshoot account management and technical support issues
- Create and update knowledge base articles and deliver training for new customers
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant customer-facing experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Ability to work from 8am-5pm Pacific Time
- Strong time management skills and experience working on a remote team
- Owner mentality and creative problem-solving skills
- Desire to learn and grow in a dynamic startup environment
