Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Specialty Liaison (RN).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a single point of contact for specialty pharmacies and distributors, providing telephonic nursing services
• Coordinate and manage patient cases, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues
• Participate in customer meetings and training sessions, demonstrating clinical competency and support for patient access

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree and a professional nursing license in good standing
• Registered Nurse License in the state of employment, with potential for cross-licensing
• Experience in the PBM and/or healthcare industry is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Willingness to obtain necessary state licenses as required for telephonic nursing roles
