Key Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to connect borrowers with Loan Officers
- Maintain organized records of lead transfers and borrower interactions
- Follow up with non-responsive borrowers and those who declined transfers
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- General credit knowledge
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry preferred
