Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their recent purchases
- Assist customers with tracking orders, checking statuses, and processing returns
- Resolve issues and de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least six months of experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM accurately
- Must have high-speed internet access and a secured workspace
