Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed daily production targets of policy changes
- Deliver customer service through phone, email, and written communication
- Perform basic risk assessments and develop an understanding of state regulations for policy changes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in insurance and customer service
- High School Diploma or GED
- Familiarity with policy change processes and various system platforms
- Experience with life insurance and complex health policies preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
