Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate to assist customers with their health benefits remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims
  • Guide customers in selecting benefit plans and maximizing their health plan value
  • Assist customers with appointment scheduling and navigating company websites
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience with computer systems and Windows PCs
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime and weekends
