Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate to assist customers with their health benefits remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims
- Guide customers in selecting benefit plans and maximizing their health plan value
- Assist customers with appointment scheduling and navigating company websites
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with computer systems and Windows PCs
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime and weekends
