Job Summary

A company is looking for a RCM Customer Service Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer service calls and make outbound follow-up calls regarding patient accounting questions
  • Assist callers with their inquiries, aiming for first call resolution, and escalate issues as necessary
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school education or equivalent
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in an inbound call center or customer service environment
  • Experience or knowledge of hospital patient account billing and third-party reimbursements is a plus
  • Ability to interpret and apply reimbursement aspects of managed healthcare contracts
  • Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods
