Key Responsibilities
- Responds accurately and courteously to customer inquiries via multiple channels and documents interactions
- Processes adjustments and coordinates with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Maintains records on customer feedback and assists in training new employees
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of claims processing or customer service experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in lieu of work experience
- Basic computer operating skills and familiarity with standard office equipment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems effectively
