Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class service by answering calls, returning voicemails, and responding to emails
  • Assist customers with locating proof of purchase and handling return/exchange refusals
  • Document customer interactions and maintain customer information in a case management system
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent education
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
  • Must be available to work shifts between Monday-Friday and holidays
  • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are required
  • Call center or customer service experience preferred but not required
