Key Responsibilities
- Complete CSR I certification program within 10 weeks and provide exceptional support via chat, email, and phone
- Meet customer satisfaction scores and service level agreements (SLAs), while documenting interactions in Salesforce
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and drive product adoption
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of service experience in customer support or a call center environment
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new technology
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
- Self-motivated and focused on exceeding customer expectations
