Key Responsibilities
- Responds promptly to customer inquiries through various channels
- Processes orders and requests, including incoming and outgoing calls for customers
- Inputs and modifies service order requests and processes customer payments
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 year of applicable work experience or associate's degree
- Experience with ERP software, preferably SAP
- Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Suite
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
