Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Clinical Nurse II - Nurse Connect - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Participates in identifying and meeting learning needs of self and patients
• Coordinates and evaluates patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Implements care plans and prioritizes tasks based on patient needs

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of professional nursing
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification
• One year of nursing experience
• Must enroll in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Nursing within specified time frame if hired after January 6, 2014
