A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for their Life Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and providing information while maintaining confidentiality
- Perform research to respond to customer inquiries and document interactions in the appropriate systems
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team performance and quality
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of general client service experience relevant to the position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer navigation skills
- Ability to work from home in a conducive environment for phone communication
- Internet bandwidth of at least 12 Mbps, with a preferred bandwidth of 25 Mbps
