Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for their Life Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and providing information while maintaining confidentiality
  • Perform research to respond to customer inquiries and document interactions in the appropriate systems
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team performance and quality
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of general client service experience relevant to the position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer navigation skills
  • Ability to work from home in a conducive environment for phone communication
  • Internet bandwidth of at least 12 Mbps, with a preferred bandwidth of 25 Mbps
