A company is looking for a Customer Service and Inside Sales Rep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing order processing and ensuring timely execution
- Develop account plans and strategies to maximize engagement and revenue growth
- Log and track customer interactions in Salesforce, aiming for at least 25 outbound calls per day
Required Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and sales abilities, preferably with experience in the agriculture industry
- Proficiency in ERP systems and CRM tools like Salesforce (SFDC)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a matrixed sales and customer operations structure
