Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries
- Assist customers with questions, including refunds, payments, and orders
- Promote additional products during customer interactions
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in an HSN approved state
- Ability to work from home in a distraction-free environment
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
- Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Operating System not older than 3 years
- High-speed internet connection meeting specified requirements
