Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and personalize each caller's experience
- Assist with tasks such as confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and promoting products
- Report to an assigned Supervisor and adhere to a structured schedule, including weekends
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Must reside in specific states including Texas, Florida, Georgia, and others
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
- Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
- Headset compatible with company specifications and a high-speed internet connection
- Mandatory participation in a paid training period lasting six weeks
