A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support client relationships and enhance product usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support and consultative solutions for client relationships
- Assist clients in utilizing products effectively and communicate feedback to the leadership team
- Manage customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email, maintaining ownership until resolution
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Customer Success, preferably in senior care or recruiting
- Strong computer skills and ability to manage multiple systems efficiently
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5 PM EST
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a changing environment
- Ability to empathize and understand customer needs effectively
