Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Licensed Practical Nurse Patient Navigator-Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients and families in coordinating care and managing individual health needs
• Support the RN in managing patient caseloads and respond to clinical inquiries
• Address barriers to care and provide ongoing education and resources to patients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Three (3) years of LPN experience
• Oncology experience preferred
• A valid Licensed Practical Nurse multistate or Florida single state licensure required
