Key Responsibilities
- Assist call center staff with payments products and services
- Aid Call Center agents in meeting performance standards and provide leadership
- Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure agents are updated on procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of previous call center experience
- Self-directed, motivated, and dependable
- Level 2 Background check required prior to employment
- Previous experience managing a team (preferred)
