Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical expert and partner in the customer onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve technical wins while understanding competitive solutions and positioning product strengths
- Own the end-to-end execution of POCs, including scoping, planning, deployment, and results measurement
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive product adoption
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Safety, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, project management, or systems engineering
- Ability to quickly learn and understand various camera systems and network security technologies
- Experience managing large-scale technical integrations cross-functionally
- Familiarity with safety programs and workplace safety metrics
