Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to support clients and enhance their experience with the services offered.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Respond to client inquiries for user support while providing excellent service
- Perform outbound outreach to drive adoption of services and assist customers in growing their business
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a customer support environment
- Experience with customer support software such as Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to handle 40+ calls a day
- A passion for helping others succeed and a positive attitude
- Experience working collaboratively in a team setting
