Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of a service delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of service delivery professionals to ensure optimal performance
- Track and analyze service metrics to meet productivity and quality standards
- Handle escalated issues and develop strategies to improve service delivery efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3+ years of experience in service delivery, operations, or customer service, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of service delivery principles and SLAs
- Experience in healthcare is required
- Proficiency in using service management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
