Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in technical support or customer success roles
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or prior coding experience
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working with publishers or websites is a plus
- An action-oriented mindset focused on scalable solutions and repeatable processes
