A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer - North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical resource for customers, providing guidance on product deployment and optimization
- Lead the technical onboarding process for new strategic customers, ensuring efficient setup
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to enterprise clients
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a Customer Success Engineer or Technical Support Engineer
- Must be based in the US or Canada
- Strong technical skills in JavaScript, RESTful architecture, SQL, and web services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications are a plus
