Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support, coaching, and mentorship to the CSM team
- Maintain SOPs and ensure adherence to best practice standards
- Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues and track department KPIs
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of direct customer service experience required
- 3+ years of SaaS experience required
- 2+ years of customer success leadership experience required
- Skilled in all Office Suite applications
