Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Americas - Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, acting as their primary point of contact
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to assess software use and identify improvement opportunities
- Monitor customer health metrics and report on satisfaction and retention metrics
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role within a SaaS or software company
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships with a focus on meeting customer needs
- Experience identifying upsell opportunities and a proven track record of meeting upsell targets
- Comfortable working with software tools and providing technical guidance to customers
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously
