Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Americas - Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, acting as their primary point of contact
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to assess software use and identify improvement opportunities
  • Monitor customer health metrics and report on satisfaction and retention metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role within a SaaS or software company
  • Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships with a focus on meeting customer needs
  • Experience identifying upsell opportunities and a proven track record of meeting upsell targets
  • Comfortable working with software tools and providing technical guidance to customers
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously
